I have been searching for a laptop that would fit my needs and i am totally lost now. I need it for reading (a lot) and programming (C++ for now, java, php later or maybe other things) mainly, won't be gaming on it. So i wanted a good cpu with large cache, a fast hdd or an ssd a good screen, thinness and lightness, nice design and a backlit keyboard would be welcome too. As far as i have been researching i stopped at lenovo y40 which has an ugly monitor, terrible screen but has a more or less powerful cpu, videocard which i don't need, no backlit. Same Y series but 50 now, is bigger, heavier (not that much), good cpu, terrible screen again. Toshiba Zenbooks were good too but too expensive. Dell xps has awesome looks/feels a great display but again mostly has features that i don't need. If anyone can suggest me something under around 800$ i would be very thankful.

What i need
a windows laptop
thin and light (optional)
a good display (ips is welcome, will be reading really a lot on it, don't want to get my eyes tired)
backlit keyboard (again optional)
13", 14" or 15"
8GB of RAM (or an upgradeable 4GB)
fast SSHD or a small capacity SSD (even 128gb will do)
5th generation i5 or i7 U series or 4th gen i7 HQ/MQ series

This is the things i wish, if you guys thing i need anything else or i don't need something from the list above, please tell me :)
