Question Did it get hacked?

My RCA Voyager 7 Go edition is doing things without me touching it. For example, let's say I'm minding my own business, watching Youtube, the volume would go up and down rapidly and everything would be getting screwed up without me even doing anything. I powered it off and on many times, but nothing would work. I factory reset it through the volume buttons and I'm at the screen where you choose your language. I'm having trouble with that. It still keeps on glitching and rapidly messing with everything. With hours of trying, I eventually got to the screen where I put my wifi password in. Whenever I try to type it in, it glitches out and it goes back to the language screen. I don't know if it got hacked or what but please help me.

No you did not get hacked, it's just that RCA tablets break often. I'd replace it with a better quality one, Samsung Galaxy Tab A is pretty cheap and will be much more reliable.
