Did that still missing messanger

Smartphone can't get mess anger back on. It was rein stalled but can't get it back on. Not on any screens I tried.. I tested with a message from other devise now can't retrieve on mine

When you uninstalled messenger (I am assuming you are referring to the Facebook one) did you make sure to restart (turn off and back on) the phone before you tried to reinstall it? And did you make sure there was no listing for it in "Settings" and "Apps"?

i ran it to a telephone store they fixed problem. Things got basically erased that shouldn't have took him ten minutes.. Compared to my 2 hours. But I tried doing yours first was exact thing I tried too. Anyway thanks for your input. I messed it up.. But now fixed again thanks. Much respect Kim
