Difference between these headphones?

There are 2 pairs of headphones im looking at, and they seem quite similar, so im just wondering, is one better than the other?

The fatality has a velour type ear pad where as the raptors have pleather. The velour pads should be more comfortable. The raptor has a cord longer than the fatility by 1ft.

Spec wise they are almost identical. I haven't listened to either one so I can't compare the sound characteristics of each.
