Digiland tablet won't stop having a spinning wheel but will turn on

It sounds like your tablet may need a hard reset. Which will, unfortunately erase data.

Should you choose to do a "Hard Reset" please do the following...

1.) Power off the tablet.
2.) Press and hold the "Volume Down" and "Power" button simultaneously.
3.) Release the buttons when you see the recovery menu.
4.) Use the "Volume Down" key get to the "factory reset" option (the wording may be different).

Note: If the menu showing is in Korean or Chinese, the option you want should be the "6th choice" on the list.

5.) Press the "Power" button when the right option is highlighted. This will start the factory reset process.
