Disabling FRP Lock

Is there a way to disable FRP Lock from the download screen? I cannot get past the samsung logo. I cannot flash my rom or anything due to the FRP Lock.

This is on a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

You can disable it by inputting the correct account credentials. The feature is meant to minimize losses from stolen devices. If you don't know the correct credentials, well, then that just raises all kinds of other questions.

As I said I can only access the download screen, my phone will not boot past the samsung logo.
