Diskeeper 12 startup error

When I try to start up diskeeper 12 in windows 8 I get this error. I have a picture of error down below. Does anybody know what is causing this issue. Please help if you can.

You have Zone Alarm installed, yes?

I do have zone alarm installed but I turned it off abd restarted the services. Then it worked one time but that's it. Should I uninstall zone alarm and diskeeper. Then reinstall diskeeper and keep zone alarm off?

Yup, I knew it. Zone Alarm interferes with Diskeeper and must be uninstalled, not just disabled, if you intend to use Diskeeper. There is no other resolution at this time.

I uninstalled both zone alarm and diskeeper then reinstalled diskeeper. Now it works perfect. Thank you very much for the help.
