Question Do anyone know the Solution for this headset?

Im using "JBL Tune 110BT Bluetooth Wireless in Ear Earphones with Mic headset" for almost 1 year
I dont know how this damage happens. Do i need to paint it or something else?
Why its happened, how to recover it from further damage.
i poured fevicol to hide that hole, but after a week the hole is again getting visible back.

Wrap it with heat shrink tubing or electrical tape. Not much you can do with the wire rip.
