Do I need a cooling pad for my ASUS ROG GL771JW ?

I had a HP laptop and I used a gearhead Laptop Cooling Wedge w/ Built-in Stand, I also blew air in the laptop vent once a month to remove dust. I replaced my HP laptop with a Asus ROG GL771JW laptop. It is quiet since I used it (1 month). Do I need to still use the cooling pad and blow air once a month?

Hi,

I would say it's not bad to use a cooler and remove some dust off your laptop. Cooler does help your laptop a lot since it would perform better in low temps.
