Do i need a sound card for a subwoofer

I really need to know if i need a sound card to use the Logitech X-530 sound system, thanks

no ur integrated sound chipset should have enough ports to make the full connection.

The logitech X-530 sub-woofer works on its own because it gets the signal from the left channel of the amplifier. This means that whatever connection (green or black or orange mini-jack) of the X-530 is used to connect to your audio source, the sub-woofer will always play sounds wether or not there's a problem with the connection itself.
