I’m Ho-Young Lee living in Korea. Last year, we founded a Game Company, and finally released a Game “Seed Digger Saga” last month. But well, the Company “King”, who made the game “Diamond Digger Saga”, complained to Google about the similarity between the names of two games to remove our game.

The enjoyment of game, playing style, graphic Interface, and none of them look the same and nobody would be confused between the games. Don’t you think they are going too far? The company “King” also trademarked a name “Candy” so that the customers cannot enjoy the games the names of which include “Candy” developed by other developers. I know that this had led many developers to get angry in America. Do you think we should remove our game or fight for this? We have developing “Seed Digger Saga” eating only ramen for one year. It’s too bad to remove our game. Please play our game and give some advice for this.

Firstly, we aren't lawyers and can't really offer legal advice.

My advice would be to see if you can find another name - you don't really have the resources to fight them in court.
