Does amd a4 run the sims4

I'm looking at a AMD A SERIES DUAL CORE a4 6300 with 4gb ram and Radeon r7 HD graphics. Will this run the sims 4 and if so, how well?

1080p with medium settings if you have 4gb of ram.
