Does external graphics card show in the properties in customized dell Laptop

my dell laptop inspiron D5110 has an sxtended graphics card cuz it has been customies (i think)..but the properties does not show th external graphics card. why is that??

What "sxtended graphics card" do you have and how is it attached and setup?
