does HP OMEN 15 have heating issue, and what do you think about it ?

The heat sink is soldered so no repasting of thermal compound, the high temperature leads to throttle and fps drop

i am using this . it works like a beast but overheating as fk . i am unable to touch it on heavy load using external keyboard and mouse . i am using hp dc 106tx

hi i updated bios , lifted laptop 3 inches higher , tried both performance mode and default mode, undevolt the cpu , deleted all hp bloatware . stillllllllll my idle temperature is 50 to 55 and on load it is reaching 90degrees . i took it to hp service center , they say only come if laptop is struck or restarting itself or any other prob . i dont have any thermal throtling or any lag in performace but cant touch the laptop . donno what to do
