So I just want to ask that my ho notebook has a cooling fan or not . Since when I bought notebook new at that time also I never sensed the air coming out from the ventilator. It is not any heating problem or issue jus I want to know why the air is not blowned out from ventilator when I am using my notebook.

The exact model of this ho notebook?

Many notebook computers will try to keep their fan turned down or off until the temperature gets high enough from a heavy load, such as a game or other heavy processing task. And some may be set to avoid using the fan when on battery power to help maximize runtime. If it has a fan, then you would probably be able to hear it ramp up when doing something like playing a game while the power cord is plugged in. Even then though, you might not be able to feel a whole lot of air coming out, as in most cases their fans shouldn't push much.

Knowing the device's model would help to provide a more definitive answer though.

You could try to run a benchmark, and if your laptop's noise output increases, then it probably has a fan (though I have never heard of a laptop not having one before).
You could try AIDA64's system stability test, or play some games that demand a bit of hardware.
Most games would probably crank up your fan, so it shouldn't be hard to find one.
