Can you please be a little more specific or clear? It's hard to understand what you are trying to do from that question. Connecting a console via HDMI to the TV is one of the most simplest connections possible.

Okay I re-read it. Are you trying to connect the PS4 to an Onkyo stereo receiver and then to the TV? If that is the case, it's easy too. Insert PS4 HDMI into an available HDMI input in receiver and make sure when the receiver is on, you select that HDMI assignment name (or number). HDMI out from the receiver into your TV's HDMI and make sure that HDMI input is selected in your TV menu. This is how I have mine set up. You'll be rocking in no time.
