The best part of an HR10-250 (DirecTv Tvo with HDTV) is not having to
deal with a Cable company.

Channel 117 isnt working? Are you on Channel 3? We'll send a tech out in
2 weeks to check your drop.

Jackie,

I have not had 1 service call to Comcast in the 7 years I've lived in
my current house.

Maybe you satelite people are used to dealing with the Sat service
people but not me.

I think that may be the worst analogy I've seen on usenet in years.

BTW zit-ass, the better deal is very much affected by what a person wants
their DVR to do. It's a very objective issue.

Me too. I think a one man crusade for a very insignificant purpose is very
stupid and a waste of that persons time.

Sean's not wasting his time at all. All he wants is attention, and you just
gave it to him. Congrats.

No.

If I can save one person from making the horrible mistake of throwing
hard earned money down the Tivo rathole then I feel all my time and
effort has been worth it.

That's just the kind of guy I am.
