Doing Samsung recovery mode

Will performing Samsung recovery mode will delete data from local drives that I have created like for example Local Disk d and Local disk e:

It will only affect the drive the recovery is on, and it should only affect the OS and its affiliated partitions (like system/boot partition). It's best to remove any other drives you have connected to be safe, still.
