Doogee Y100 Plus Roaming and Data issues

Just received my new phone, inserted sim in slot 2 (i have an old sime card from prev) and now i always see R (roaming) enable all the time beside my 3G icon and no data (internet) at all! Onli WiFi works. How to fix it?
