Download a pic's to cd from my file

dear sir; please help me how to download a pic's from my file to cd.

insert a blank cd-r (700mb)

find the picture in your folder, right click on it and select (send to: CD)
go to my computer, then to the cd, then click file, then select (burn to CD)
select next next..and let it burn
