downloading pictures laptop

If your cable isn't working, there are a few different ways to get your pictures from your phone. Try one of the following;

1. Upload your pictures to your cloud service, then download them to your laptop. To do this, you will need to install the app of the cloud service that you use onto your Android phone.

2. Email them from your phone to yourself and download them from there.

3. Try this app AirDroid 2 There are many other apps you can try, but try this one first.

Good luck and please let us know if you were able to get your pictures off of your phone.

That being said, Dookie gave some good advice. I'd start there. One other suggestion I can make is to purchase a MicroSD card reader for your PC if it doesn't already have one built in. Move the pictures to the SD card in your phone by downloading a file manager app from Play Store and using the cut or copy command. Then just take out the SD card and put it in your PC.
