Where can I get the driver to the camera?

Nice antique ! Have you tried you local Fujifilm support site -- or possibly the US site.

In my experience you don't actually need a driver for stills cameras -- you just connect via the USB socket and it hooks up as an extra drive. Alternatively, assuming it uses XD cards -- you can look for a card reader which will do the same.
