dropped my dell laptop,now when I turn it on,its a black screen that says no media found,what do I do?

may of knocked something loose or the shock from the drop damaged the hard drive ???

I would unscrew the bottom panel then disconnect/reconnect the hard drive and see if it will boot

No boot device because it can't see the HDD.

never had used a ssd but a platter drive is not meant to take any hard shock to it its like my old lan computer that I toted around I could count on it developing issues over time so I sure a hard drop can do it in quick
