My Aspire E-15 (E5-521-66SN) laptop will let me into the boot menu, so I've tried to factory reset it back to its original factory settings, but now I have a 'No Bootable Device' notice on the screen. The laptop dose not have a disk drive to do a D2D recovery so I'm wondering if I can use my pc or usb stick to reinstall whatever is needed. Please tell me its possible and easy lol.
Thanks.

You should be able to do it from a USB drive. Just make sure you set the right boot order in BIOS. However, it may well not work, that is if the drive is toast.
