earphones works only in the right side in galaxy s5

on my galaxy S5 , the earphones works only in the right side, i tried many earphones and it's the same,
my galaxy is new and the earphones too

Do you have a case on the phone that could be interfering with the jack?

If the phone is new, then see if you can return it and get a different one. If you are stuck with it, then bluetooth is your best option.

How do you have a new S5, that phone was released quite a few years ago now.

One possibility is that the 3.5mm jack is filled with crap. U could try to use some compressed air and maybe a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol to try and clean it up.
