Solved! elgato to hp pavilion 23 help

Got it all hooked up but it runs so slow i cant do anything. Is the hp pavilion 23 all in one too old/slow or is there somthing i can do to get it to work?

From what I see on the specs for that all in one, yes it's too slow for decent streaming setup, it has a low end CPU and only 4GB of RAM.
