Hello,
I am a retired manager from pacific telephone since 1985 and have not used the telephone concession that was available at that time. I am now ready to get a cell phone. can I get the concession on a cell phone and how much will the concession pay towards the bill?

No clue who you are asking this to, check with Pacific Telephone. Although as a non-employee I doubt you would get a discount. Plus you left the company 25 years ago? Makes it even more unlikely that you will get a discount though them.
