Where can I get sound effect on end of song like this:

You just want the audio to fade out at the end? That is a fairly simple thing to do, but it all depends on the software that you're using.

How are you recording and what are you recording to?

I downloaded some "songs" more like melody/tune from internet and I need that effect on the end

Then you are going to need to use a software to get that effect. There are a number of free softwares that should have that ability. I don't know the name of any off hand that I know for a fact do it. I would think that Audacity can do that though.
