Enter my pin it's frozen

I have a 555LA and it's not allowing me to enter my pin to sign in. How do I fix this?

Hi,

Few things you can do, start by logging in to Safe Mode.
- While the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it boots Advanced Boot Options and select Safe Mode.
- Once in Safe Mode do try to login.
- If these doesn't work, do contact Asus Support regarding password related concern.
