I live in Wauconda. She isn't selling me. She owns one property out here. She represents 2-3 out of 96 business licenses listed here in 98859. There is also another resort at Lake Bonaparte that is about 15 miles with gas, food, cabins and camping. This is one of the last remaining areas that can be considered the "Wild West". It is a nature lovers paradise. Outstanding fishing/hunting and also near the Barter Faire grounds (google that). Wauconda is an unincorporated community in an unincorporated section of Okanogan County. The area is noted for its history of gold and moonshine. It is a good life here.
