A bit different question did someone dismantle laptop medion erazer x7851 to reach the bios (little battery)? I am struggling to locate it?

must probably is hidden under the motherboard.

It certainly won't be under the motherboard. Try searching for the manufacturer's diagrams.

The battery will be marked 2032 and that's what you'll need to buy as a replacement.
