Solved! Error c0000022 while updating

My laptop needed update and while it was my battery died and now I can't get it to turn on to main screen it just loading and then error

Windows error? You can try running repairs from a DVD or USB; startup repair, restore point, command line repair tools, etc.

If it happened during a BIOS update, you might be out of luck.
