I recently changed my home internet to 5G home.

In changing, I now experience the following issues:

1. Netflix will not load on my tv - but all other apps on my smart tv work (the tv is 6 months old). However:
- it will load on my iPad whilst connected to the same 5G home wifi
- it will load if i connect my tv to my iPhone hotspot (which is powered by the same 5G network provider)
2. MS Teams - cannot dial into calls or into meetings on my laptop but other people can call me into meetings or call me. The error exists both in the web and app version on the laptop.
- the error does not happen when i connect my laptop to my iPhone hotspot (which is powered by the same 5G network provider)
- the error does not happen on the app on my iPhone when connected to the same WIFI network,
Please help!

You can check DNS settings several ways with Windows devices (I am assuming this for the Teams aspect of your issues). For example:

I suggest manually changing your DNS to use Google's DNS to see if the behavior changes. Use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

On Android devices, like your TV, you would need to look at its network settings. I would be very surprised if you are doing anything other than getting all IP address and server info from anywhere other than the router. This is all normal.

You could try a couple things. Try resetting your wireless settings that allows the TV to connect to your wireless network. You could also (temporarily) change to a wired connection.

Also, reset/re-enter your Netflix login info. If you have an option to "forget" the current settings, do that first.
