Everyone that calls this phone hears an echo of their voice. Is my phone bugged ?

No. You likely just have a poor quality connection. Have you restarted your phone lately? Does this happen regardless of where you use the phone? Are you on speaker phone, speaking directly into the phone, or using a headset? Does it make a difference?
