Everytime i plug in my sodo headphones to my phone,it makes crackileng sounds,it hurts my ears.im using a phone

When i plug in my sodo headphones static noise comes through.i tried plugging it in and out really fast,i don't think it work

What is probably happening is that there is an electrical spark when you connect or disconnect the headphones. That spark can and does create a painful snap or crack.

And a loose connection will keep sparking, snapping, and crackling.

Determine if the problem is the sodo headphones or your phone.

Either way, try a 3.5 mm extension cable between your sodo headphones and phone.

A different plug might fit into the phone better and stop or reduce the crackling.
