The HP. It has a slightly better CPU. Both HP and Lenovo are 4th gen i7 but HP has 4510U and Lenovo has 4500U, HP processor speed is higher with 2.0GHz with turbo boost upto 3.1GHz, where as the Lenovo runs with 1.8GHz turbo boost upto 3.0GHz. Both the GPUs are same in terms of power. But the difference in RAM will not help in any game.

you are speding 58000INR on Laptop that comes with DDR3 Video ram you should go for Laptop which comes with DDR5 Video ram

here is the difference between ddr3 and ddr5

http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1781446/difference-ddr3-ddr5-graphics-cards.html

I think for gaming you should build a PC in 58000INR you should get better perfomance pc then these two laptops

and if you are buying laptop than spend some extra 3-4K on this laptop
