while having broken finger x-ray at hospital forgot and left note 4 in purse on my lap. Now EVERYTHING is LOST. HELP PLEASE !!!

Contact Samsung or your service provider for help. Your data and other items may be easily recoverable from cloud storage and backups, contact are often saved in your google or service provider accounts, photos are often backed up to cloud storage. If you did not set up any sort of backup of cloud storage, then you are out of luck if your phone and/or sd card are damaged.
