Express service code for dell laptop

please advise where can i find my express service code for a dell d505 laptop - tried ringing dell, all i get is automated service, no help - i only want an adaptor !

Look on the back of the laptop. If the laptop is old the sticker may have come off. You can always find whatever you are looking for using the model number though.
