External Batteries HELP choose

So I was browsing amazon for a external batteries back and I came across this

Are these good by any chance or am I better off with this one below which is what im actually looking to buy...

Also I got an iPhone 5. Which one would be reliable and would last long as in charge cycle per mAh ratio?

This is the best one in the list. Though I'm not sure I'd trust the brand.

It has the highest mAh rating. Higher the mAh the longer the battery will last.

it recommend charging once every three month, not only that the charge cycle is only about 500 before it start to degrade... I bought the one with the like 11200mAh with LED light that last 3 days from full charge.
