Solved! External graphics card

Hello,
is it possible to use an external graphics card on my toshiba satellite A200 laptop

Not at the moment. There are some clunky adapters that have been promised, but as far as I know they haven't seen the light of day. Even so, they would be limited by their 1x PCI-E bandwidth and thus only useful for low end cards.
