Well, f9 shouldn't be the BIOS on that device. Try using this info... http://www.asus.com/US/support/FAQ/1008829

Also, if that device is still under warranty, I would really consider contacting the manufacturer about the problem rather than trying to resolve on your own. That is what warranties are for, and you don't want to do anything that would void it.
