Facebook disabled account

My page was disabled and fb will not tell me why or how to fix whatever I have "violated" I was starting a business and now I cant even access the few contacts I had made. Am I going to have to starg all over?

If Facebook will not discuss your case, then I don't see any option other than to start all over. Of course, if what you're doing is in violation of Facebook rules, I would expect the new account to be disabled as well.

Maybe you should read through the Terms of Use for Facebook to see if you can determine what you did wrong.
