Question FaceBook Feed Sends Me MAGA pages and notifications- how to block?

How can I block Fac eBook from including unwanted MAGA pages and persons in my feed along with other spam. At first I just blocked or reported each one, but they seem to proliferate, and some advice I read said just ignoring them and scrolling on was better than blocking. I am getting two or three unwanted posts for every one that I like, subscribe to, or from a friend or group.
