facebook says they can't find my messenger app, so I can appear invisible

trying to appear invisible on my messenger, but when I ask for my facebook messenger, facebook says they cannot find a messenger app, and I do not see a black setting to turn active off

Hi there Fshafer60,

I will be happy to assist you here. Follow the steps described below,

- First of all go to www.facebook.com and check account settings.
- After that go to manage account and you will see your Facebook and messenger status.
- If it is saying that deactivate your account then it means there is another type of issue but if not then reactivate your account by clicking on the link manage account.
