Facebook's hourly limit exceeded

Someone tried to hack my facebook account and an email was sent to my yahoo where by they told me I could retrieve it back however the options were to identify friends, the 4 most recent comments in the last 2 week's and the people I've spoken to the most via messages. However I got the last the options incorrect of which I then saw "hourly limit exceeded" I'm trying to find out if those forms of identification will be available to me again. Because I've checked back about 8 hours after and all 3 were gone and a new option came up to provide a photo Id. However, the name on Facebook is partially the real name so I'm not quite sure if the Id card verification will work.
