Hello Toms hardware

I face an error code:0x8000FFFF when i run the "hardware and devices" trouble shooting wizard.After enabling the dedicated gpu i.e the ATI HD 7970m in device manager .

When i disable it the wizard detects the dedicated gpu as disabled . Any suggestions please or feed back regarding this will be much appreciated .

Verify if the system is virus-infected.
Make use of the Windows defender to fix the issue.
Use a deep offline scan with Windows defender option.Select the Start Menu-> Settings-> Update and Security.
Reboot your system and verify if the issue is resolved. Corrupted drivers can also be the reason for the issue.
Update the driver and Device Manager to fix it. Set the appropriate date and Time for the system.
Try to boot the system is safe mode with Networking. Delete the cache files.
