Solved! Failure to boot after BIOS shadowed

I did a system update. After which was required to reboot .and now thePC cant roboot.Anytime I press the power it goes straight to some boot menu and get stuck there

Enter your BIOS look for to see if your hard drive is listed,
Look for an entry UEFI/Legacy mode - switch to the other and try it.
