Fan turn off when windows starts on toshiba labtop!

Hi everyone ..
I have a toshiba satellite c850 laptop, and it was working fine until today.
The problem is that the fan just turn off when the windows is started.
I tried cleaning the fan but it didn't help.
I noticed that it works fine when i was on the BIOS page and safe mode for about a long time but when I start the windows it stops again and the windows become very slow.
I'll really appreciate any advice and thanks.

Hi,

Here's a thread where they had resolved the issue. Once great fellow suggested to use the other CPU fan slot in their laptop and it worked. Hope this solution would work with yours as well.
