I want to be able to veiw my windows partition (win 2k fat32) from dos. The hard drive is a little less than 15gb (if that is relevant) and the dos partition is 1.95gb (primary active partition). I however do not want to install a diffrent variation of dos (such as DR.dos) is their any driver that would allow this?

If I remember my old-skool OS class, DOS runs from FAT, and can't access any other type of drive, including FAT32, NTFS, or whatever. Same with Win95 OSR A. You're SOL.

I still have hope, although dos can only access fat16 drives i'm sure there is some driver out that should allow fat32 support, because the win 98 startup disks support fat32, also their are even dos drivers out that support ntfs file systems, so i'm sure fat32 support is possible, i'll keep looking.

I haven't heard that. It would be interesting though. I could resurrect life back into my 95 OSR A computer!
