It's good to know that FCC will make a serious action regarding these telemarketing method. They always call more than 3 times a day, with same message/talks. I also found so many complaints about these robocalls at http://whycall.me. We are really hope that FCC could restrict their access to citizen's phone, because it is very annoying.

Soooo, nothing is going to change. Some new "rules" that won't get followed on the few offenders that are dumb enough to base their operations in the US. Thanks FCC?
